My Sacred Space is a small ritual suited for your home, office or any space that you want to clean and protect from any unwanted energy.
This ritual comes with:

- Crystal care Card
We pack your order very carefully, however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help you.
For returns due to change of mind, we will issue a credit store and the shipping will be at your own cost. Any loyalty points earned on items refunded will also be deducted from your rewards account.
Crystals may change in colour, size, patterns and tones however, they are all beautiful in their unique way. Please, keep in mind that we won’t accept returns based on these criteria and/or without previous contact via email@example.com
Damages and Issues:
Unforeseen events can happen, if an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it as soon as possible.
We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will arrange with you to provide an item of equal value or a store credit.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In case you decide to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Our Shipping Policy
We ship our orders using Sendle and Australia Post. Basically, we ship Standard Metro deliveries using Sendle. All PO Box, Parcel Locker, Remote location and Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post. The shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout.
Our order processing time is up to 3 business days and shipping time is according to the following timeframes:
Standard Domestic Shipping: 3-6 business days
Express Domestic Shipping: 1-2 business days
In the unlikely scenario that your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post or Sendle directly. We are here to help if a parcel goes missing in transit and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.
Please note that if your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or failure to pick up from your local post office within their time, we will contact you to organize to ship your item again at an additional cost to you or give you a store credit, if this is your choice. No refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.
