We pack your order very carefully, however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help you.
For returns due to change of mind, we will issue a credit store and the shipping will be at your own cost. Any loyalty points earned on items refunded will also be deducted from your rewards account.
Crystals may change in colour, size, patterns and tones however, they are all beautiful in their unique way. Please, keep in mind that we won’t accept returns based on these criteria and/or without previous contact via firstname.lastname@example.org
Damages and Issues:
Unforeseen events can happen, if an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it as soon as possible.
We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will arrange with you to provide an item of equal value or a store credit.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In case you decide to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
